When dialing Samsung Galaxy Note 3, users getting “Mobile network not available” error. When users try to make calls or send messages it shows “Not registered on network” error.
Fix 1: Remove your Samsung Galaxy battery and again insert it back.
Fix 2:- There was an issue with a radio signal. It is not broadcasting correctly
- Dial *#*#4636#*#*
- It will prompt for a tasting menu.
- Check your phone information.
- run ping test.
- Choose GSM Auto (PRL) from the drop-down list.
- Select turnoff Radio
- Restart
Fix 3: Remove both battery and SIM card for 5 minutes. Then put them back again. Then restart your mobile.
Fix 4: If you have any new or old battery for your Samsung galaxy, change the battery and check the issue.
